Collections: Enabled Marketplace, but don't have the option to select photos for search pages

I'm adding a screenshot because I'll probably explain this poorly...  I have two Valentine's Day Party collections. They are set on Holiday - Valentine's Day and Cross Sell.  They have proper media images.  I've enabled the Zazzle Marketplace, but the part where I can select photos to show with a collection media cover in the marketplace is missing.  I've been over everything I can think of - what am I missing? 

(Also I did a search and other Valentine's Day collections DO show up.)

Other Valentine's Day collections do show up, but none of them are pure Valentine's Day. They are also birthday party or bridal shower or some such. That seems to be the catch. Holidays aren't in the dropdown filter unless they are bundled with some other event such as birthday, wedding or baby shower.

I am bummed out about that discovery and hope that pure holiday collections get included in the collections filter soon.
