Collections Error

How to make the collection up-to-date and not to have it written in red anymore needs attention & “Issues found with this channel”... I added new media, videos to almost all products , added an email message, but even after a week it still shows this error. Could anyone suggest a solution? IMG_0627.jpeg

@Bigoldsoul Click on the button that says 'needs attention' and it will tell you what you need to do

eg - you may be not have specific products in that cross sell collection that is required to make it go away - also - click the 'needs attention' under zazzle email and compose an email then click save - that should make that go away.

Also - what event is the cross sell for? There are issues with some of them I'm sure

 

edited to add- try editing it on a different site - eg - if you're on the .com - try co.uk and vice versa (though I shall warn you that the collections over on the co.uk  don't have all the events that the .com have and may error out)
