Confused Design & Products to create

I'm a few days old in Zazzle and it is a bit confusing. I'm working on creating my store, but when I pull a design it wants me to purchase rather than become a product in my store. What am I doing wrong?

Are you starting out with a blank product? If you’re starting with another designer’s products, then all you can do is modify their design and buy it.

Not sure what you mean by "pull a design". When you create a design on a Zazzle product, you start by being logged into your store and go to the products tab. Click the blue tab labeled "Create new product". A menu of all the various product categories will appear and you choose which one you want to create. For example, to create a mug, click on the Home and Living category and find the mugs. Select the type of mug you want and a blank one will appear. Place your design on the mug. If you want to add a text or photo template, do that. More info on how to design templates is in the Zazzle Help Files. Once you have your design finished, post it for sale.

If you are adding icons or some graphics from the Design Tool - they are for customer use only and not for resale. Check for the royalty free 

if that's not showing - then you're unable to use the asset in your design

To get to the chatbot - enable "show chat help" in the settings of the Design Tool
