Hello All☺
This is the LAST post covering SOCIAL MEDIA product content.
I will be taking MORE SERIOUS steps in order to create a CRISP and CLEAR line as to what does NOT violate Zazzle's policies & licenses.
After THINKING & PRAYING... I decided to be BOLD and CONFRONT this issue FINALLY.
As a CREATOR, I enjoy creating SOCIAL MEDIA products as a CONTENT CREATOR, not just here, but there is a GREAT NEED of both SUPPLY and DEMAND. I enjoy helping people, being a SOLUTIONIST to any GIVEN problem. I LOVE the process of it all, and YES, even the end result, which is the customer HOPEFULLY getting a GREAT PRODUCT that they can use and enjoy, and the part that I reap the FRUITS OF MY LABOR...i.e. the INCOME.
However, I totally DISAGREE that the lines are not totally BLURRED on what EXACTLY is crossing the line with SOCIAL MEDIA BASED PRODUCT CONTENT AND DESIGNS. and TRULY my goal and motive is not to ACCUSE or FALSELY assume, anything or anyone, My pleas is for this:
ZAZZLE, make it MORE clear as to these guidelines. Could your team please create a list of guidelines for us concerning SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES and APPROPRIATE CONTENT. This would GREATLY help us all to help better understand. I'm NOT asking Zazzle to do it ALL , but, there is so much MISINFORMATION and what MIGHT be okay for sites like ETSY, CREATIVE MARKET, ect...even on GOOGLE, the rules just won't be the same here. We all want to comply!!!
I am NOT upset or challenged with NEGATIVE emotions, so what we all do now with this is totally up to each individual designer/creator. Finally, THANK YOU ZAZZLE!!!
Last but NOT least, TRUST NO ONE BUT GOD, or who GOD LIVES INSIDE of.
I've experienced BETRAYAL people, on the FINEST levels, again I say, let TRUST be GUARDED!!!
Thank You All Zazzle Team & Blessings!
Thanks For All You Do We Never See!

Zazzle has a Help Center on their website where you can find information on their policies and guidelines.

I believe she’s talking about use of social media icons, rather than how to promote on social media. She got dinged for using the TicToc logo..

The post actually says this:
"ZAZZLE, make it MORE clear as to these guidelines. Could your team please create a list of guidelines for us concerning SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES and APPROPRIATE CONTENT. "
Hence my reply matches the request. A reword of their actual content policies.
How on earth you derived it was just about an icon, I am baffled, but well done!

The point you are missing, is that it is not Zazzle that is responsible for the rules about what you can and cannot do with other company’s intellectual property. The names and logos belong to a third party that is not Zazzle. They, individually, determine how, where and when they let their members use those assets. If you don’t follow those rules Zazzle is legally obligated to remove your content. If you see other people who have something similar to what you were not allowed to keep, it’s one of two things- either that person has done something somewhat different than you and not violated the terms of use or they simply have escaped notice thus far.

@PenguinPower ..
Very good point. & Thank you.
Here are some images that I'm referring to, and before I create products like this, because they're all over Zazzle, I'm just making sure that these pass the test...lol..

The BIG question that I still have is , lol., &
WHAT is that different. Sorry folks, there are just some things that reading rules and guidelines just don't clarify. I'm talkin' about where the rubber meets the road here, and how to not get caught in the traffic jam of content review...😂

And, I also want to truly clarify that I'm almost positive that almost no body is writing facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, and asking them for their permission to use their logos, but they probably don't mind because yes, they are monetizing, i.e. making a huge chunk of change from all of this affiliate advertising.
Multi billion dollar companies profit form us sharing their companies through social media just like Zazzle, some companies are promoting and inviting folks to take part in their success through affiliate marketing. Just another thought. But, no, really, this is getting right to the heart of the matter...

Oh they mind… they mind very much, because if they do not protect their brand they they can end up losing it… You can trust that they do have a lot of lawyers, they are watching and they will not hesitate to shut down people who don’t follow their rules…

Well, honestlry @PenguinPower ,
I'm taking all things said into great consideration and will definitely be pondering all of this great information. But, I will say, I won't be too quick to create any further designs along these lines until the lines are totally clear.
Thanks so much for your help and time today. Lunch time!!! Blessings!

You need to look at the links I gave you yesterday and make sure you understand the terms of use from each of the companies- you will see that they all have very specific guidelines for how you can use their logos- you generally can only use the exact colors, font, layout that they specify, their logo generally cannot be the most prominent item in the design, it usually must be associated with a specific member account. You are usually limited to the types of goods that can be made - putting it on your business card OK, putting it on a tee shirt probably not OK.. but you have to go look… they are all different.

@PenguinPower ..
Another great insight..
I've actually yet to do this, although this seems so time consuming,
In the long run, it will truly save me the efforts in creating products
that I can rest assured will not be taken down or flagged. That's my goal, creating nice, awesome, clean content for people to enjoy!!!
Thanks again!
