Does this work for anyone? Sometimes after uploading a cover photo, I would love to go back and adjust the crop a bit. But my crop feature doesn't work. Is there a trick to using it?

The crop only really works if the promo image you originally uploaded is way larger than 1480x1480
I tested with mine and as I only upload 1500 x 1500 the crop feature would only take away a minuscule amount.
Once you go into the Media Manager click the 3 dots and choose crop then use the corner to drag inwards towards the center until it won't drag anymore. This means it's reached it's minimum of 1480 x 1480 and it's always a square crop.
If you want to reposition your image, click on the image and a 4 arrowed cross type cursor appears so you can re-adjust the position of the crop. Then click save
Not sure whether the image gets optimized by zazzle when you upload so if you find that the image quality degrades once you have cropped - that could be a reason.

Gotcha! Thanks! Mine are all 1480x1480 so that's why it's not working.
