Hi. I am wondering why the option for customization is turned off for embossers. I can't even enable it. In the past, I have designed embossers before without this issue. Will customers still be able to personalize embossers without this option enabled? Is this part of the new design tool? I'm sure I'm missing something here - just trying to get clarification before I post this product.

@A_New_View Have a read of the help file - it says to set customize to no when you publish for sale
Embosser Customize button to no
It was like that before - nothing to do with the new design tool

The products like embossers and letterpress do have the customization turned off, to make sure that customers don't edit something that shouldn't be edited, and make the design unusable. Customers can still personalize whatever text you have set to be a template.

Okay, thanks. My main concern was that I wasn't sure if the customer would still be able to personalize it, such as monogram/initials. It's been a while since I designed embossers, so I must have forgotten about that. Thanks.
