Dear Zazzle, Please Enlighten Us

Designers at zazzle are seeing a decrease in sales pretty much across the board.. from newbie folks to seasoned pro designers.. can you please tell us what changes have been made at zazzle that influenced these decreases we are currently experiencing? They all seem to have been within a few months .. and I don’t feel this is an external.. (ie people aren’t shopping like they used to) we made it through the most difficult times of COVID without huge downfalls of sales.. and folks shopping habits are not that different now than a year ago.  These changes seem to have coincided with the new collections and cover images for products.. there have been a lot of what appear to be good changes at zazzle in the last 6 months + so which of these turn sales upside down for most of us and how do we get back to our normal sales pattern .. so we can continue to be successful here. Personally .. I have approx 50% or less than what I was getting 2022/early 23.

Hmm - is nobody minding the store? As a new creator here, I'm  VERY curious too. I have lots of questions as well. How long ago were the How To videos made? It seems like there are some new features/terminology in the dashboard & product design tool. IDK if this answers why independent creators aren't selling like they used to, but it seems to me there are many licensed creator stores (like Sesame Street, Dr. Seuss, Marvel, Star Wars, etc ...)
