Design tool moving at snail pace

Is anyone else experiencing this?
I'm on Windows 11 in Chrome and even simply selecting layers takes about 10 seconds.
Adding a drop shadow may succeed in about 50% of the time. If not, I have to get out of the design tool and start afresh.
I still don't know to what extent Windows 11 is creating these problems, but I would imagine that Zazzle would be able to handle that by now?
Problems started with the A/B test crap and switching OS (about a month later) certainly did not help.

Thank you for your feedback!

It was slow this morning. I just logged out and logged back in and had no problems after that.

Thank you, @plumb4me
I tried that, clearing cache and the whole enchilada. Unfortunately ...
I am glad it worked for you!

@Anne It's practically unusable for me (win 10/firefox)

When you move an element - it appears to duplicate it. It's a nightmare. Cross fingers it sorts itself out

@Sara_H Thanks so much for sharing that!
"practically unusable" sums it up nicely.
I am indeed hoping it will sort itself out, as I was contemplating hiring someone to help me get a fresh installation of Windows 11 (which in itself will be a nightmare). Your experience may indicate that that will not solve anything.
If you are on Windows 10, then that would contribute the problems entirely to Zazzle's messing with tests and the design tool.

Yes I agree, super slow today for me as well. It takes about 2-3 seconds for any move to actually happen... which makes it impossible to work when you need to do very small movements.  I've also noticed slower sales today, so I wonder if it's effecting customer experience as well. (could also be unrelated of course)
