Design transferred without the Transfer ability on product page

How does this happen?
I sold https://www.zazzle.com/jazzy_and_modern_trumpet_business_card-256729086334136089 several days ago. A day or so later, the customer came back and bought a luggage tag with the design from the above business card transferred to it. The puzzle: Nowhere on the the business card display page does the "transfer this design" facility appear. How on earth did he manage it?

I just tried and failed miserably to transfer it. Perhaps the option is available in his Order History account to transfer to another product?

An A/B test that Zazzle is/was doing?
Do you have everything locked down on purpose? What if someone wanted to put more text on the card?
Now you know to make a luggage tag with that design 🙂

I guess it'll remain a mystery, though the biggest mystery is the total lack of the transfer tool.
@KC Nothing is locked, not the text nor the images. And yes, I might have to make a luggage tag!

As far as I could see there's no transfer or ability to get into the design tool available to the customer. Maybe the Zazzle live designers can do it?

Can't recall the product, but I was similarly baffled as I had the transfer option disabled on a design that was transferred to another product (and sold last year).
