So I saw that I just got another sale & it was too early for it to register in "royalty history" or "history" under earnings. As I've done in the past, I did my "custom date range" under "royalty by product" & found it. But I also noticed that the 2 digital download sales that happened hours ago were not listed under "royalty by product". They were both accounted for under "royalty history" & "history".
So do digital downloads not show up/count under "royalty by product"? This would be kind of consistent in that I've noticed that they don't show up under the "printed stats" in my products back end (expected behavior). But when I click on "digital stats" & "last sold" or "orders (all time)", they don't show up in any sort of order, whatsoever. So I really have no idea just how many digital downloads in total I've had except for the notifications I get when they happen via the bell (yes, I'm one of the lucky ones there) or an email.
I would love to be able to keep track of these digital sales but it seems like the tools currently available do not make it easy to do so. Am I missing something? What are other people doing? Thanks in advance!
