I'm asking because my customer can't seem to find how to change the paper stock on business cards. I sent her a screenshot of what it looks like to me but I have no idea what she's seeing or if I was able to help (as I have not heard back as yet) If the buying public is seeing a different design tool can someone post a screenshot of what it looks like so I can compare?

@igiftcenter
How about trying this, log out of your shop, click on view your public shop, upper right, then go to whatever product/business cards that the customer is trying to change paper stock. You can change the paper stock because you are now in customer mode. At that point you can see what your customer should be seeing and can better guide them. (Oh, and the product will go into your saved designs folder and you can delete it, because you never finished purchasing.)
Hope this explanation makes sense. Let me know if it works for you.
Edit to add: I have an iphone,ipad, mac and laptop, customer mode works for me.
Pleased that my explanation helped, that was what I was trying to say, you when logged in and you when logged out, design tools should be the same,glad that you got your brain "rebooted".

You might want to ask the customer what sort of device they're using. A LOT of my customers are using phones rather than a laptop or PC and the interface is completely different. I don't have a tablet, so I'm not sure how it looks on those, and I'm also not sure if there are differences on Apple vs. Android.
Anyhow, for common questions I have screenshots taken both on my PC and on my phone, and I usually send both with a brief explanation of how to find what they need in either interface.

I must have had a brain fart.... why didn't I just log out and see what shows up lol.
So I'm seeing what I see when I'm logged in, its the same.
I did not think to ask my customer what device they are using, that would have helped.
Lesson learned. Thank you for your time
