I thought at first it was my email program, but Zazzle mail is the only one affected. Then I thought it might be my zealous virus checker, so I turned it off for a little bit, but Zazzle mail still came in blank except for an 'x' wherever there might be an image along with an occasional line of text. I'd love to show it to you, but I can't figure out how to post the image of the screenshot I saved to my gallery. I used to be able to do it on the old forum, but not here.
Anyway, is anyone else receiving pretty much empty email from Zazzle?

@Barbara
to insert an image - click the camera icon just above where you type the message. Then click choose files and upload. You can choose whether to show small/medium/large with options down the right hand side of the upload process. Click done and it will place it in the body of the post. It's quite easy to do and no coding required.
edited to answer - had a few empty emails in the past but none recently. I just thought it was a glitch with gmail

What email client are you using?
What's the "From" line in the email?

My computer is off until tomorrow (using my husband's right now), but I can say that it's the ads that go out to customers and the ones telling me I sold something. Granted, mine is outdated software--Windows Live Mail--but everything else I receive containing pictures comes through without flaw, from blogs to companies. It's why I thought it might be my virus checker (Kaspersky), but turning it off before downloading mail changed nothing.
I'll check tomorrow morning for the "From" addresses and let you know.
