Hi,
I've been using Google Analytics for over a year with success. I set up a conversion using the confirmation page on Zazzle so that I know when I make a sale. A few times, customers would return on their mobile platform and the confirmation page would still be open, creating a "sale" in my conversions that didn't really happen, but I could verify it was a returning customer (I watch my GA page closely) so I knew it wasn't really a sale. This happened only sporadically. This past Sunday, and for the past three days, I keep getting conversions, aka sales, in GA from cities I don't recognize as past customers. Sometimes three or four within minutes, but NO SALES are registering on Zazzle. It's happened for the past three days in a row at least three to five times each day, and it's really frustrating! I'm praying I'm not missing royalties in Zazzle, but I can't figure what's going on. I haven't made any changes in GA at all. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any idea what I should do????

Yes, I’ve had that happen on rare occasions, but this time it was happening up to ten times a day. I decided to delete my conversion event and redo it, and it seems to have corrected the problem. At least for now.

Hello,
I have not experienced the exact thing, but I have had the two reports do not match. With my very limited sales, I am able to review in detail and compare cities/states and products sold. I did notice that the number for the most part (somehow) match, but the product and cities/states do not. As I am not sure how the two entities compare in capturing the data, I opted to not raise the issue, but flag it for future review. My humble understanding is that Zazzle reports the geographic location based on the shipping address (please correct me if I'm wrong), whereas GA reports it by (I believe) IP addresses. So, I understand that they would not match. (Having said this, I could not explain [to myself] the major differences in states, etc.) The products should though, but then I think the reports would differ if a customer transferred the design to a different product, etc.
I know this does not answer your concern, but this has been my (very limited) experience. I would love to hear from others about their experiences as well.
Happy 2024!

QUESTION #1) Can you please share what page URL you enter to track Conversions?
I found this video, and see at min 5:15 he enters some words to track a Thank-You page, but what would we use for Zazzle?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tytTEwEUmgY
*Or if you use a different method, could you please share the steps or video that taught you?
thank you.
EDIT TO ADD: Question #2
When I click on Reports and the menu slides out, I have TWO sections that repeat. I have TWO Business Objective and TWO Life Cycle items that I can click open. Does anyone know why I would have two? Did I duplicate something somewhere inside GA4 setup?
**Thank you
