Greeting Card Template for Folding Card

Can anyone direct me to the place where I can create ONE folding greeting card? Not the notecards, which I thought you could purchase just one card, but the link to the one greeting card.

@Cherie https://www.zazzle.com/custom/cards scroll down and there's the small greeting card template

click through and change it to whatever size you need (vertical/horizontal too)

I tried to put direct link but then it's as if I'm creating it - easy to find though
