I have quite a few products that I want to group together since they have the same design, but only the background differs, like this one:

But it´s not possible to group together since one have a background, and the other don´t. Should they be grouped together in your opinion? And how do I do that in this case?
Another question, I have the same description and seo keywords for both, should I have different? Or do you have different descriptions and seo for the ones you successfully group up?
