How do I make the "sell it" button appear when trying to post for sale?

I have been away from Zazzle for a short while and now I forget now how to make the "sell it" button appear.  I wanted to post a new design but the only button that appears is the "Edit" button which I do not need or want.  I used to know how to do this!

As to the "sell" button...  Make sure you have selected an envelope.
