How do we choose preferred collection?

How do we go about changing the preferred collection for a product when it appears in more than one? I was getting a little yellow icon on the collection management thumbnail but that seems to have disappeared. Presuming this is still being worked on?

If you have the Pinterest pin add-on from your browser it may be hiding behind that. I had to remove it so I could use the little hamburger icon to use the "preferred Collection" selection.

So I have the orange icon, but where is the  Option Menu??

I am seriously wasting so much time faffing around with a system that has bugs, isn't complete (so you don't know truly where things are supposed to go), and I had already set up my collections correctly so who knows how much time is being spent for those who hadn't.

Surely, there's a better way to launch something as large and complex as this?

I'm just going to leave it all until it gets sorted.

Thanks  - I saw your post and no, I don't have the Pinterest add-on so it isn't that.
There isn't a hamburger icon on any of the images i the collection.
Just going to leave this for now.

I battled too.

Go into your specific collection. Click on the description of the item - link. (Invitations, Stickers etc that Zazzle give you). It then opens in a new tab with your individual products/s. On the top right hand corner of each product individually you will see the three little dots..... that is where it gives it gives you the option 'make preferred collection'. Hope this helps.

My only other suggestion is to email support@zazzle.com. Give them a pdf file with screen shots of everything you do from step one. They are very helpful. Give as much detail as possible. So sorry.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that the preferred collection option only applies to wedding collections.

Since Zazzle seem blind to OTHER types of collections I believe NHW is probably correct. I also Do NOT See the "Preferred" choice.
