I Don't Understand Royalty Rate

Update: I just recalculated and the royalty came out to around .25 cents 😞 so I guess thats about right, but I have always wondered, why are the royalties always a few cents off give or take?

I am trying to understand how my royalty came out to only .22 cents on this sale. It came through a third party. Do some third party sites take more than 20% now?

Was cut-off from your screenshot, but the customer bought two cards at 25% off. They paid a total of $5.84 (the 5.26 + .58 shown in your screenshot). The .58 is the .12 for removing logo and .17 for envelope, times 2 cards. Since your royalty is the same 5% as the User Option 5%, the UA doesn't effect the outcome much.

@MissPaperFarmSometimes a customer adds an icon, background or perhaps also an envelope, rounded corners etc. to their order and those extra features will be subtracted (or added) to your royalty. I believe. This matter had me tripping too at first, smile. I'm sure someone else can explain it much better than me.

When that is the case, you will see your royalty rate reduced on the royalty history report.

So, for example, if it is normally 14.9%, you might see 14.6% instead.  If there is no royalty reduction, then there was not any secondary content addd to the product.

No.
If you are willing to share the product, I can probably show you exactly how it came out to $0.22.

Help page explaining royalty rate reductions on secondary content - this was news to me too

I'm still not exactly sure what all the "user options" are that go into the 5% user options royalty rate
