I have not received any reply for my W-8 BEN form

I have submitted my W-8 BEN from on May 19 and I have received email for making some correction. So after doing all the necessary changes in my form I have submitted my W-8BEN form for review on June 8 and I have not received any answer from review team side. Can you tell me how long will it take.

Hello.
I have been waiting a long time since January to get a reply from Zazzle for acceptance of my W-8 BEN form.
They replied on April 25 for me to fix and then 7 June to say I needed to fix the form again because it did not match exactly.
I have now fixed them so the addresses match exactly on the form and my store as was asked.
I sent emails but still I am waiting since June 7th for a reply so almost 7 months now.
How long is the waiting time as this is very long.
My store has made money and I need to buy food.
Can someone please help me.
