Impact of Ambassador Program Changes on Digital Download Sales?

Has anyone else experienced a major slowdown of digital download sales recently?
Before the changes to the Ambassador Program on April 1st, the majority of my income came from digital downloads. Since then, not only has the marketing fee significantly impacted earnings, but my digital download sales have almost completely vanished. Most customers now order 10 printed invitations—or sometimes just one(!)—which earns me only $0.17 per order... compared to around $10 I used to make from each digital download.
Is anyone else seeing this pattern? Could this be linked to recent platform changes?

Yes, the digital downloads particularly hurt big time. But the absolute WORST part of this is the fact that a SELF digital sale results in us going from a previous almost $10-12 in royalty+referral down to a max of $5.42.  It is incredibly unfair that we earn HALF the amount by actually doing more work to promote the product and we are punished for it.  I do a dance every time I get a NONE on digital, because it's the only time you earn a FAIR amount on a digital sale. I have noticed a slight slow-down on the number of digital download sales as well. But could also be the season/time of year related.
