I believe it is. I got one yesterday and I think it's Zazzle quashing chat spammers... Recently people have been getting people initiating chats that are not customers, but rather people attempting to sell marketing services, SEO optimizing, products etc... There was some complaint about it earlier.
It looks like Z is taking some steps to erase these folks, before they hit too many designers. They also erase the messages the person has already sent.. If I look on the Z app, or on my phone's browser I don't see it at all, but on my laptop browser, I can see that I have an empty message.
