It's the 1st and still no check?

I just changed to checks over Paypal (because of the new tax law confusion).  It says check date was January 5th, today is February 1st, how long does this take? I received my Z tax info yesterday, so it seems odd that my check isn't here.

We get paid on the 15th.

Thanks. I realize that, I've been on Z for years, but just now changing to checks from Paypal. I didn't specify I'm talking about December's pay.

The check says it was issued on the 5th, but has not arrived in the mail yet.

Hopefully one day it'll get here!

It usually takes a bit of time after the check is issued before it’s mailed… that said I got my Dec. royalties check last week, I think. If you are in the US, you may be able to sign up for informed delivery, so you can see what mail you can expect to arrive and know when to be concerned about a lost letter. Z will make you wait 30 days before they will cancel a lost check though.. in all my years here, I’ve had 2 never arrive. As far as I know they were lost or mangled in the sorter, as they were apparently not cashed, and were reissued for me.

Yes, I'm in US and also do have the informed delivery. I got excited when USPS showed yesterday mail from Z coming - BUT... it was my 1099-misc and not my check.
I'll keep waiting and watching. Just I have had it set to checks in past years but never waited this long to get it, maybe just a fluke.

Our local USPS service has degraded quite a bit recently… misdelivered mail is not uncommon and I saw someone post on a local forum that when they tried to give a letter back they were told to just throw it away 🤯 - geezum, what if it was something like a social security check that someone was counting on, or a bill that needed paying. These days if I get something for a person in my immediate neighborhood I just take it to their mailbox myself.. If you don’t have incoming mail they skip your house too… so if you put something out for pickup it can sit there for a while.

Yes it is pretty bad in places. Where my daughter just moved from she got a wrong letter, she had just passed the mailman so turned around to give it to him. He was kinda of rude, took it, then SEVERAL DAYS later, she got the letter back in her mailbox! The address wasn't anywhere near her so she had to take it to the post office.
CRAZY things!  In my last neighborhood, we would actually get on Facebook neighborhood group and say "hey, I got your package, come and get it, or I'll leave it on your porch", or something like that. Everyone knew if something didn't arrive check the facebook group! LOL

If I remember correctly on the old forum I read something about if you fiddle with your payment info and make changes, that months payment is delayed to the next month. 

Old forum info though maybe it's different now I'm not sure.

Yeah I think that was definitely true, because I have done it. But I think that is if you do it after the 1st. I made sure I did it before then.  As well, it does show it as printed on January 5th. Or rather it says Jan 5th, check and cleared, not sure if that means printed but. I'll give it to the 5th and try and contact zazzle.

It's me again. For those who have had this experience,
HOW LONG DO I WAIT after contacting Zazzle and getting a response they've forwarded it to their "payments team" to contact them again?

Or where can I go to plugin the case # they assigned me to see status update?

Still not received December's earnings. I'm told they have to cancel the check IF it's not cashed and then I'll get that sometime in the future. I have been here since 2015 and not have had an issue. I also haven't received January's payment. THIS IS NOT LOOKING GOOD AND I DONT APPRECIATE THE INSINUATION I CASHED  IT. I didn't get it, either of them, and USPS informed delivery does NOT show them as being mailed/scanned.
