It is meant to sit on the store shelf beside a product and provide abbreviated information and features. It would be easier for customers than picking up a box, and more products are being locked in cases.
However, I was promoting writing the product descriptions. I was going to put the descriptions on a content marketplace. I also thought about making the descriptions available as downloads, but Zazzle probably wouldn't let the downloads be uploaded on the signs.
Then, I realized Zazzle probably wouldn't allow the name of the brand and product at the top of the sign. So, it isn't a workable idea??????

You may be right. It seems fraught with booby traps, which is a shame, given that a quick search shows that shelf talkers are being sold by a lot of different companies.

The only way that I see to get past it is to market them to manufacturers, who have the right to use the brand and product name. With stores being short staffed and locking merchandise in cases, it is something that manufacturers could provide to retailers to help promote their products.

Maybe use the product for other purposes, like as a sign by a food table that labels a section of food as “gluten free” or “this product contains nuts,” or a “payment due upon service” sign on the reception desk at a doctor’s or dentist’s office.

I did create a table topper for restaurants and bars to promote additional food and drink purchases as well as specials and special events.

You could still make it useful as a starting point by using "Product One Title" and "Product One Description, Line 1" (Line 2, 3, etc.) with a relevant image of the product-for-sale somewhere on the Zazzle product. You'll probably never match exactly what the customer is selling at their business anyway, so going all out with brands, model numbers and features is probably a waste of your design time. A good template, readable and easy to follow is your best best. On the other hand, if a customer is listing, say, camera features, would they be able to use brand names, model numbers, etc., and you have to know that they'll take a product's company logo from the internet and slap it on the Zazzle product. That's what they all do as I have experienced, then their product will be rejected, I'm assuming.
