Photoshop. It has features not available in Lightroom, such as vector and pattern making. Lightroom is geared more towards the photographer who has to organize and subtly tweak large numbers of images, such as a wedding photographer. Photoshop is more geared towards dramatic image manipulation, including straight up creating images from scratch using vector tools and photoshop painting brushes. It is far more versatile.

I moved to Photoshop from PaintShop Pro which is also geared towards image manipulation but doesn't have as many features- and is thus less expensive. But PaintShop Pro still has more image manipulation and creation features than Lightroom.

Photoshop- because it is powerful, intuitive and what I’m used to… (for the last 27 or so years… so getting me to change now is pretty unlikely) also because I use Illustrator and a CC subscription that includes it includes everything.
