Ok so I received a email yesterday from Zazzle Content Review about one of my birthday invitations, This invitation has a Rainbow with Daisies and text that says Six is a Vibe, the back of the invite is a daisy pattern. All artworks is my own.
All tags are pretty generic. retro, groovy, 6th birthday, six is a vibe, rainbow, pink, purple, orange, blue, hippie.
They also took down about 5 or 6 other invites from the same category but all had different text, same design. (Eight is a Vibe, Two groovy, Young Wild and Three...) But they all had the same rainbow design and the same back of the invite.
The back of the invite is the photo they had linked in the email sent, so i am guessing they just removed all items that had that same design file. (it was a daisy pattern on pink background)
I emailed and asked why this was taken down because it was not clear to me where I could have infringed. They replied
"Your listing was removed due to an infringement claim by the intellectual property rights owner. We have previously been contacted by representatives of Ubisoft Entertainment makers of Far Cry, Just Dance, Rainbow Six, & Assassin's Creed; and per their request, we remove designs that infringe on their rights from the Zazzle Marketplace ."
my design is in no way infringing on this company. They make video games. So confused. Do you think Zazzle will fix this mistake? I really hope they resist my designs.
Thanks for reading all that if you made it this far 🙂

How this relates to your content review, not sure.
But my educated guess is that your tags/descriptions might be/probably are the culprit.
Googled and found this:

My Title was Retro Rainbow Six is a Vibe Birthday Invitation. So the Rainbow Six part must be why.. but seriously? that is so ridiculous. The two are next to each other but not meant to be a "Rainbow Six" and I do not have "Rainbow Six" in my tags, so crazy. Also looking up what Rainbow Six is.. it's a Tom Clancy video game lol

Well at least now you know what hung up your birthday invitations. Carefully change the tags and descriptions and reup the images on products. It was definitely a learning lesson, but less hard than if UBISOFT decided to pursue the issue legally. So in a way, Zazzle stood as a buffer between you and that company. Protected you from a larger very expensive pain.

I know what you are saying but I do not believe Ubisoft would have leg to stand on with that. No way a court would side with them because the words rainbow and six are next to each other in a sentence.

pretty sure this was a sweep done by software and that can sometimes be wrong.

also most of the designs that they removed did not even have the word Six in them at all. Not in the tags, title or design. So how is that ok?

A lot of the people here have had such things happen, and all they and you can do is what idraw suggested. You'll be happier that way. But, yeah, it's infuriating.
