Missing earnings check for Oct.

My earnings history says I should have got a check this Oct. the 3, it even shows it as being cleared....However zazzle has not as far as I have seen sent a check this month? Has anyone else had this problem? I sent a message to help desk but so far I've only got a message back that looks like someone cut and pasted the info form the "Earnings FAQ" into the email.....helpful only maybe to someone who has not been with zazzle as long as me......I know all that stuff, and none of it was at all helpful for my situation....if it had been I would not have contacted them in the first place *sigh*

They mail the checks about 2 weeks into the month. I just got mine on Monday, but if you live further away or especially internationally, it may take longer. Cleared simply means it’s out, not that it’s been cashed.

ok, I could have sworn in previous years that I used to get my check earlier in the month, usually around the 15th and it never used to take this long. Also in past years I swear I don't ever remember it showing "cleared" before I cashed it...i feel like it always changed to that after I cashed it...so you could understand why that would make me anxious.

It actually did show up in the mail today 🤔 I am not international but I guess I am fairly far away from them...I just don't remember it ever taking this long before in the past between it showing it in the back end and it getting here. *shrugs*

After 30 calendar days from the 15th of each month we can deem a check lost. If your check is not received by that date, please do let me know and I will send to our Payment team to review.
