Hi, I'm in the US and I have a store as a designer/creator. I have a client in Switzerland that I make designs for, I upload them and then she says she "moves them to the Swiss or German Zazzle" where she places orders. I've never heard of this before. I just created something for her and uploaded it to my store, and she says she cannot move them to the Swiss or German site. Does anyone have information on this and why she wouldn't be able to move the art over??

@jb_designs on your product links, she may change the domain from .com to .ch (Switzerland) or .de (Germany).
unfortunately, some products (and styles) are currently only available through the U.S. domain -- that may be why she can't move them over.

@jb_designs there are certain products that are not available to purchase on the international sites even though they are available to purchase on the .com.
I notice that the Jumbo cards aren't available on .co uk or zippo lighters (and many more) .

@Sara_H 🙂 this may be temporary or permanent unavailability. I remember when snowglobes weren't available on the Canadian domain (of course, now they're not available on any domain, period, and goodness knows when they're coming back!)
