Hello,
My customer ordered a set of coasters and one of them arrived broken. She has requested a replacement for the one that arrived broken. She sent two messages and has received no response. She checked her spam folder. Can someone please follow up with her or me as soon as possible? She should have initially reached out May 4. Her first name is Maria and she ordered this coaster:
She just needs one replacement order sent out.
