Hello and welcome! It is not easy when one is first starting out at Zazzle. We create some products and expect that sales will happen. Then when they don't, we wonder what are we doing wrong? What Barbara said is so true. You only have 11 products in your store. While you may think you spent a lot of time creating them and you may have, it's really not many products at all compared to what you need to begin having sales. Don't let this discourage you.
We all start out small, but if you keep at it, creating more designs you can start having sales. The important thing is you don't let no sales discourage you. You have to keep moving forward, keep learning, become better at designing which we all learn with experience. It's trial and error all the time. Everything we create is not guaranteed to sell. I have many products I have made that never sold. I don't let that stop me from making new designs and continuing on. Eventually you will start to make sales and feel that encouragement sales can give.
I think Barbara gave you some good advice, and I'd listen to what she said and try to follow that, too. I wish you much luck!
