Hello,
I am in the process of creating a new Zazzle store to sell my nursery wall art that I already sell on my website and etsy.
1) When I upload a 11x14 inch file, it is showing the size as 28x35.6 cm. How do I keep it as 11x14 in inches?
When I first started uploading them they were showing in inches. Now they are all showing in cm.
2) Is a set of 3 poster prints able to be sold as "instant download". This is not showing as an option using the following paper: https://www.zazzle.com.au/pd/spp/pt-zazzle_printsets?size=%5B11.0000%2C14.0000%5D&mounting=none&sets...
3) Why can I only add my own mockup images AFTER I publish my product?
4) When I search the poster paper options I cant find matte options.
I can only find them going through other sellers product pages and using "create your own from scratch" which is really time consuming.
5) Is there a way to "save" my favourite poster paper so I can quickly add products?
Thanks so much for your help.
Trying to start a hole new shop on a new platform is proving VERY time consuming.
Caroline 🙂

Hi @cazzle Welcome to Zazzle! I understand what you mean about coming from a different platform! I recently opened an Etsy store after being on Zazzle for several years, other way round to you, and it's been a steep learning curve on Etsy for sure. Very confusing at first. But once you get used to the differences it becomes second nature and much quicker!
Re your poster question, not sure which Zazzle domain you're working on, but it's best to always do your designs on the .com site - you'll find more product choices than via the other domains. I'm in the UK but only ever visit the .co.uk site to buy from Zazzle.
Also on the .com site the poster sizes are shown in inches.
Here is the poster option that is available for instant download https://www.zazzle.com/z/zsuia65q The set of 3 art prints you linked to doesn't have that option at the moment.
THere is more info about digital downloads here on Zazzle and the 4 product lines they are available on here https://www.zazzle.com/creators/playbook/instant+downloads+faqs
Once you have created your first poster, you can simply edit that one with your next design and publish the new one for sale. It won't overwrite/replace your previous version as long aas you have already published your previous poster for sale.
Adding our own mockups here on Zazzle is optional as they have their own display images (although mockups are recommended), unlike on Etsy where it is necessary. Hence you add any mockup images you want to at any time after you publish.
Hoping this helps answer some of your questions. Wishing you great success here on Zazzle - it's a great platform to be on!

I totally agree with you on the wanting to be able to "save" favourite blank products. I've suggested this before. There ought to be an ability for us to create personal "albums" of products that we commonly use, to save repeatedly having to hunt for them.

@NigelSutherland you could always create a hidden collection /or hidden category in your store with your favourite blanks. eg Just add a background color/placeholder text/placeholder image then post for sale but set it as hidden.
You can then modify as needed and then post for sale as normal perhaps?

Thank you, Sara. I was thinking more of when one wants to transfer a design to another product. Zazzle suggests a few, but outside those, you have to search; and the search isn't always straightforward.
However, your idea could work if I copied all of a design, then opened a new window, sought out the collection, opened the dummy I'd previously saved, then pasted the artwork onto the dummy. Not as simple as simply transferring to a blank...

I keep a folder on my browser's bookmark toolbar of CYO blanks I like to use and newly announced ones I want to check out later as they are usually hard to find outside of the forum post announcing them and often aren't able to be transferred to for a while. This makes it easy to find what I most want but of course, have to start from scratch or manually C/P from another product. But that's OK with me. Transfer is great, especially for customers which is what I think it was originally implemented for, but for designers, sometimes it's actually more difficult than just starting from scratch with a blank you have bookmarked. Also, I think some use it as sort of a stand-in for Quick Create as I often see products that have wrong tags & description because they clearly used Transfer without adjusting the meta data that goes with it. I like to use the suggested items for Transfer to see hmm, wonder what this would look like on this ... I think it's one of the best things they've added since my time here but as mentioned, I don't think it was originally intended as a tool for Designers.
