I did not realize paper napkins were OOS until receiving a chat message the other day asking when they'd be available again. That led me to finding this thread where Emma wrote on April 19
Paper Napkins have been temporarily marked as OOS due to a backlog of orders. Live orders are being fulfilled and worked through, but these have been marked OOS to prevent further delays, and allow for all current orders to be produced. We don't have an ETA as of yet,
I had an order for 6 packs (256-34319053-3089636 169-61641053-5304598) on March 28 which was cancelled on April 22. I figured three and a half weeks was enough time for the customer to have received them so assumed they just didn't like them for whatever reason. But now I am wondering if they cancelled before even getting them because of this delay and didn't want to wait any longer?
I had another customer order 20 packs on March 17 (256-34319053-3089636 169-69218593-2636861) which was a really nice royalty for me but now I am stressing that they might not even have shipped yet and therefore might get cancelled, too.
I know we're not allowed to know why a customer cancelled, but could you at least confirm the status of these two orders as to whether they ever shipped or not? Thank you.

I was informed directly via email (thank you!) that the March 17 order did indeed ship while the March 28 one did not. This is a relief to know and also points to the back-up not effecting orders until around late March.
