Hi Sir,

Not received my payment yet. Showing message as  Payments sent for processing. Your payment will be issued by the 15th of the current month but received yet. Contacted customer support but they saying as limited staff told to wait. what to do. plz reply me. Thank you

@fancyonline123 There's not much you can do but wait like Customer Support asked you to do. If they have limited staff, there's less people to answer queries and investigate problems.

Keep in touch with them via email directly as the forum can't really help you with payment not received queries

If you are getting a check, it's likely in the mail somewhere.. if it's been lost in the mail, you'll need to wait 30 days and then ask for the check to be reissued.
