A customer messaged me this morning asking iif Zazzle sells digital copies. She has a bridal shower soon and wants to ensure that she will have it in time. She was inquiring about a bridal shower true/false game.

Thank goodness no. The last thing you want is for a customer to have the digital file of your design. It has then completely left your control and is theirs to do whatever they want with.

If your design includes any purchased graphics, the license they were purchased with says that the end customer can't have access to the design files, only the company that does the printing can have that. I am confident in saying that regardless of which company because as far as I have seen, that caveat is the norm.

Thank you. I told the customer that I didn't think so, but wasn't sure and would let her know. She ended up purchasing it after all, thank goodness.

You can't. Give them customer service info & explain they need to contact them – you're only the designer & Zazzle is the one who fulfills all orders.
