If we could maybe have a giant warning on photo based items, or have the safe lines moved in even more? I've noticed a number of reviews lately are negative because of people/faces getting cut off of the sides of a variety of items.  As designers we have to make sure the template goes to the edge, but then it seems the customers may be allowing the faces too close to the edge or safe lines when they change them out. So not sure what can/should be done, just noticing quite a few coming in with the same customer notes.

Oh and I think also a warning about image quality and darkness those were other notes I saw.  Especially since many people order on their phones now, they can't see well when approving.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Zazzle is constantly changing bleed lines and supposedly safe areas, which makes it really hard to keep track of what is going on (especially in older products and since the new design tool). Also: Zazzle has a review before print process in place (as far as I know), so that should catch these things?

@Anne yeah I would hope they do review, but some of the reviews showed the 'approved' version the customer was shown, and the actual product and yes, heads or people were cut off compared to what they saw and approved. It's been a couple weeks since I've seen them, so I can't remember if they showed outside of a safeline or not on the 'proof'.   It looks like Zazzle removed the images the customers attached (likely because kids were shown), so I can't see or share anymore.
