Can someone please help me to understand why my royalty was canceled? All of my payment information seems to be correct. I no more than sold an item and my royalty earnings says canceled in pink. Thanks in advance for your help.

That pink cancellation notice means that the customer cancelled their order. It happens more often than you'd think.
It generally has nothing to do with your design. Sometimes they just change their mind.

But was their a problem with your friends credit card? If it won't go thru and be accepted that will cause a cancelation.

Ok so your answer wasnt the solution. I had a friend order something and the royalty was immediately canceled. She assures me that she did not cancel the order.

We also recently experienced an issue with a customer who, over two consecutive days, repeatedly placed and then immediately canceled their orders. This pattern of behavior—ordering and canceling back-to-back—has caused a significant drop in traffic to our store, cutting it by more than half.
Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? Is there a way for Zazzle to recognize that this drop in traffic is not a reflection of our product quality but rather the result of the customer’s actions, whether intentional or due to errors on their end? It would be helpful if such incidents could be flagged to prevent them from negatively impacting store visibility.
