Poor Printing - Mugs

My sister bought 2 of my designs on 11 oz mugs and the printing was lousy. Someone had over-contrasted the image so the black ink lines bled and merged and the colors were off. Check the images below --  How can this be corrected? Will zazzle do a second printing for no charge? The lack of control is really aggravating. Thanks!

What a shame there is not better control at the printers. As a relative newbie I hope this does not happen often.

I am respectfully requesting that Zazzle contact their printers and ask them to do quality control.  There are several complaints of poor printing, including printing upside down on cards.  That happened to a customer of mine.  I told her to contact customer support, but she said she could still use them.  Nevertheless, there was another very recent complaint from another designer regarding the exact same thing - printing upside down.  

Clearly, the printers are not doing even the most basic quality control.  This turns customers away not just from the designer but from Zazzle itself.

Thanks, whimsywhim. I am new here since November and hope this bad printing does not continue. I may delete my mug products so nobody else gets a bad deal. If it continues on mugs and other products I will delete the store - which sucks because I have spent months setting it up.
