My eligible earnings finally cleared to earn my Pro status yesterday. I haven't received any communication from Zazzle regarding this and I haven't received the Pro badge on my profile.

Could this have anything to do with the "debits" deducted from my account? I had been inactive for a while and so Zazzle charges a fee for every month your account is inactive. Do those fees count against my total earnings?

If your cleared US dollar earnings have added up to the appropriate amount to level up, Zazzle will let you know at some point. If I remember correctly, the badges/levels are changed in batches through out the year. It may take a few months.

No, it just takes a while. It’s not automatic, so you won’t see any change until the next time the person tasked with doing the updates puts in a batch.

Thank you! It took a few years, but I was really only actively working on it since this past October.
