Product in "Under Review" link is missing ...

This is the first time I experienced having a product (matchbox) that I submitted two days ago no longer showing up in Under Review any longer, also not showing under Revise and Submit nor on my Product Page for sale???  Has anyone experienced this before?  

I went ahead, a short while ago, and resubmitted it twice as it didn't show up the first time around.

Hope it's a glitch.

Hi Emma,

I also received your response in an email before seeing it posted here and immediately replied to the email.  When I got back on to this forum, I also checked my Under Review section where I had resubmitted it and it is once again gone.  Nowhere to be found for approval?

Just to advise on that front, the notification emails received do not serve as a direct line of contact unfortunately, responding to these will not guarantee that the moderator assisting you will receive it. In relation to the issue you're experiencing, would you mind confirming when roughly you had first tried to post the Matchboxes for sale? Given the general review period (up to 4 business days), I just want to check to see if this has elapsed yet before proceeding.

Hi Emma,

Haven't got any feedback to date on the above issue as yet.  However, I did notice on Google's listing for ArtsyFartsy1 designs/images that they have all ArtsyFartsy images there.  FYI, on Zazzle there is an ArtsyFartsy creator and an ArtsyFartsy1 (my site) ... two distinct shops.  I am listing a one and only product of mine that has been titled, by me, ArtsyFartsy due to the flair of the design that understandably got placed along with the other wrong ArtsyFartsy designs under the listing "ArtsyFartsy1 designs" on Google.  This image shown is a variation of the image on the matchbox submitted for review that your team is checking out. 

In short order, lol, Google has placed ArtsyFartsy designs under ArtsyFartsy1 search.  The variation of the Matchbox image you have been investigating is also amongst these due to me titling the paper weight shown on Google ...  "ArtsyFartsy". 

On my end, I will change the title of the paperweight to ArtsyFartsy1.  On your end, could you please let Google know that there happen to be two ArtsyFartsy's on Zazzle:

ArtsyFartsy and ArtsyFartsy1
