Promo code doesn't apply to Foil invitations?

I ordered a set of foil invites for a sample to check the quality. When I got the order, I also got a card with a Promo code for 50% off cards an invites, so I thought that would be my chance to get a sample set of another foil invitation. But the code only gave me 20%. So do the foil invitations not count as invitations? (I didn't place the second order, so it's no big deal. I sure wish the designers at least could get a single invite sample, though!)

Sorry for the delay here.

I believe that the foil invitations are considered a different product to regular invitations so the promotion will work differently on those.
