QR Code

I am creating a flyer that will have a QR code on it.  When I place the item in the Zazzle cart it looks like the QR code is no longer there. Is this an error or is it still there?

I get the same thing when placing a new/personal product in my cart ... no Code. Haven't tried with existing FOR SALE product.
