I would like to ask about the referral payment.

Is it combined with the royalty payment or paid separately?

If it is combined, where can I see it?

@CreativeDesigns It's lumped all together in one payment. 

You can download your earnings csv where you can get a rough amount of both together. https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/history 

If you want to download just your referral reports - there is a csv where you can edit filters and set a time period
