"Additional Conditions" part of the W-8 BEN form

In order to avail a lower tax rate, we need to specify a phrase for the 'Additional Conditions' in line 10 of the W-8 BEN form, explaining the type of work we provide to Zazzle. Mine got declined, stating the phrase isn't quite correct. It seems that the phrase that worked for one didn't work for another. It's kind of hit or miss. Designers whose W-8 BEN form got accepted - could you please mention the phrase you used in the 'Additional Conditions' part? If we get some inputs here, it will be really helpful for newbies applying for the W-8 BEN form.

Hi @Sathya. Here is a link to a really helpful post by @Fiorenzo that answers a lot of questions about these pesky forms. Their suggestion for what to add under 'Additional Conditions' worked great for me earlier this year.

Hi @Baylee 🙂 Actually I already tried what's mentioned there. Its really a helpful post. Everything is covered there. Unfortunately the phrase mentioned there didn't work  for me. It would be really helpful to get a wider view on this "Additional conditions" part alone because that seems to be more crucial and many forms are getting rejected because of this. In her case, it seems not to have worked. If a few fellow "international" designers could add their own - successful - "Additional Conditions" construct, it would be a big help for the unlucky ones. Thank you!
