Referrals not cleared?

This was brought up in the Technical forum, but it's quite possible a lot of people haven't seen it. Here's the problem: Self-referral amounts owed starting with the end of August haven't cleared even though the regular royalties for those same sales have. I'm wondering just how widespread this is. When you check, are you finding the same "anomaly"?

I'm one of those people who hadn't seen that. You're right, my last cleared referral was from Aug.25. I didn't have another one until Sept.1 but none of my Sept. referrals have cleared yet even though the royalties have.

I thought there might be others simply because we don't always check the technical forum. Also, there seems to be a general slowdown in the forum as a whole, so it's likely the referral problem will be eventually fixed and a number of people will never know it had been broken.

You are absolutely correct -- I see that mine going to back to August 31st have not cleared.   No answer yet?

Goodness, I’ve received a fair number of referrals since August. I’ll have to check if I’ve been paid out for them. Only, I don’t know how to do that. Can someone enlighten me?

I just figured it out, and I have 10 referrals since August that I have not been paid for.

Thanks for posting, Barbara. I've got a screenshot of my August 31 and two in first week of September that haven't cleared, but didn't send it in to Support... yet. I'll keep checking here for any response you may get.

@itsMolly: I didn't think of doing a screenshot, so thank you for mentioning it. It's the easiest and best method for documenting something. I'm off to do it right now.

Hmmm.... interesting. My last cleared referral was on August 21. ¡Me parece mal! (And for those who don't speak Spanish, that roughly translates to "this seems bad and/or wrong to me!"

10th August was the last referral I have had cleared and paid. I have 7 since then that are still to be paid. Very strange.

As of this morning (10/15), @SapphireDesigns on the other thread (https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/self-referrals-of-28th-aug-have-not-cleared/m-p/225...) had contacted customer support and received this answer: "There is a known issue with referrals clearing currently. It has been raised with our engineers so the issue should be resolved shortly."

Remember that our timeline and that of Zazzle is never quite the same.

So, if there is a known issue with paying designers their earned referrals, it would have been nice for Zazzle to post an announcement about it instead of letting designers figure it out for themselves.
