I've had a customer ask if they can buy one of my designs on a product that Zazzle simply doesn't sell.
I have that product available for sale on another site.
I'm afraid, however, that if I include a link in Zazzle to a "competitors" site, I'll be flagged and banned.
I'm afraid that if I tell someone to send me an email, I'll be flagged and banned.
I recall ebay having very specific rules about this; I'm not sure what Zazzle's policy is, and I've searched and searched and can't seem to find it.
Does anyone know what the rule on this is?

Give the customer your email address and continue the conversation there. If Z doesn't have the product, then they lose the sale.
Zazzle isn't etsy or ebay where they do have policies for taking business off the platform.
It's just like doing custom work - don't lose that sale!

Thanks for your help with this! I didn't want to get thrown off the platform. I have sent a message with my email included. 🙂
