Sales go up by one but I sold nothing at all

This happened to me once before where my sales count in the Summary went up by one but I sold nothing--none of the other numbers changed and there was no sale listed in Royalties. It happened to me again today. Has anyone else seen this sort of thing and did you ever figure out what it was?

Are you in the promoter program? If so it was most likely a referral that came in on your clean link and they bought someone else's product.  The zero referrals don't show in our desktop summary, but you can track them in the earnings app.
