Set Royalty no Greater than 10?

decided to go and change my royalty store wide.. but when I tried I get this - is this new? We cannot set our royalty greater than 10 now?

Perhaps this only applies to site-wide royalty settings….

My guess is that something in those 204 products you've selected is an exception. This version and this one of face masks have a max royalty of 10. The original mask has a max of 5.  I think Espadrilles/Zazzle Heart products have a max royalty but I don't know what it is. Value phone cases used to have a max of 5 but that's been lifted. There may be other products with a max royalty exception, those are all I can think off off-hand. So there's probably something in your bulk selection that can't be more than 10.

I agree.  I have recently upped my royalties above 10% and all is well on my end.  Everything got switched over as planned.  Did you select all your products in the backend and use the drop down box, choose edit product, and then try and change the royalty percent there?  I usually change my royalty percent by going to "My Account", under the section "Creator Accounts at a Glance" I click on "Default Royalty", change my percentage there and then check the box underneath to change all the exiting products to that royalty as well and then click submit. Hope this helps.
