Shipping amounts why are they all different?

So I am up for auto renewal for auto shipping.....It wants to charge me $49.95! ??  Last year I paid only 39.95... I get it pricing is going up but this seems extreme to me.   I am lost exactly how many choices are there. I have crept up from $9.95 to $49.95 and this seems extreme.  I think the computer is pushing me from plus to black automatically?

Where - what is the tier pricing I cannot find it anywhere?

I cancelled that $49.95 auto renewal and it says auto renewal will be $19.99 which sounds more reasonable but I would feel better if I could at least see the price list?  On another page it says $30.00 a year for Zazz plus premium but I am going from $49.95 to $19.99?  So what LOL does that make me chop liver?  So that means I am not plus anymore?  Why would they not lower me to $29.99 why to $19.99?

Went and looked,even tho I am not signed up for Zazzle shipping. Looks like you changed from Z Plus Premium to Z Plus which is Standard shipping. Also looks as if you might get ---$10 shopping credit after your first order & FREE Zazzle Live Design Services. 
I did not find a detailed list of the various shipping types available. Maybe when you purchase and start to check out, it shows them, don't know for sure.
Might be worth a call to customer service to get it changed to what you want, and get the price clarified.

I cannot remember but I think one of these shipping it is free but only a limited amount so it forces you to upgrade?  So I am still unclear - WHY this is not on a page for all to see is beyond me

The only major difference I see is that Standard/Zazzle Plus is slower than Premium, and costs less.
I still suggest calling customer service to get specific answers to your questions and clear up your confusion.

It used to be $9.95 or $39.95.  Sometime near the end of last year they raised them each by $10 to $19.95 or $49.95.

If you already had auto-renew you could renew for one more year at current price , which I did so got another year at $39.95. When I renew again at end of this year it will be $49.95.

If you saw $30 for Zazzle Plus Premium, that would be because you already had the lower tier at $19.95 so they just show you the $30 it would cost to upgrade.

You always used to be able to sign-up for the $9.95 plan and get 30 days free shipping, you just had to cancel before they charged your card if you decided you didn't want to keep it. One can still do this at the new $19.95 rate.

And darn, I DID get a $10 promo code after mine auto-renewed at end of year and I forgot all about it. I'm sure it's expired now.

Let's approach this a different way. You said basically you cancelled and have/have not renewed at standard. So since you cancelled, and basically are unclear as to what benefits you will be getting...
Call Customer Service and express your dissatisfaction,and disappointment about shipping info. They probably will adjust your shipping upwards, since you apparently just cancelled, and are unsure as to what you should/will get instead of what you cancelled. From my point of view, it should not be this confusing and frustrating for anyone.

For the first time in over a decade I actually purchased something. I was going to use Zazzle Black, but on the purchase page offered to me as I was checking out, one sentence quoted me a price of 9.95. The next sentence quoted me a price of 19.95. 

I have no time in my life for that kind of confusion, so I skipped it and just paid the shipping.

THANK you yes you are right it was $9.95 forever I just didn't like the way they just increased the $10.00 without asking first..... I get it we are signed up for the auto re-newal but when you are increasing such a large amount it seems like you ask someone first and give them the option not just assume they are ok with it!   

What I also didn't like was on the one page it is an increase of 10 bucks ok got it.....but on the very next screen they are advertising the same exact thing for 30!! 

IS it 30 or is it 49?  I just think it is too gimicky.
