TRYING TO REMOVE SEVERAL PRODUCTS (AS A GROUP) FROM A COLLECTION

I'm sure there is a way -- but the backend doesn't have this as a choice and I'd rather not have to go one-by-one in the collection to remove a number of products that I've now added to a different collection.  Am I missing something very simple?

@VivianD117  You can use the Bulk Actions option in the back end of your store to remove many products from a collection.

Select the products that you want to remove from a collection then click Actions - Add to Collection - search for the collection name them uncheck the check box and in theory - it should remove them from that collection.

This has worked for me in the past but I've not tested it recently so your mileage may vary

Thanks — you are right, it is not a perfect solution — I’m not sure why there is not a separate “delete from a collection” selection. I will close this here, as I’ve just added it as a suggestion.
