Unable to edit anything on products in my store

I have seen other creators with this issue but all of my products have been generated from the my products page ‘create new product’ button which takes you to the ‘create your own’ page and this is where I have started all products from, so they should be zazzle’s base products.

However when I try to edit it still says ‘you do not have access to this page, if you are the owner of this product you must log in to the associated account’ - and obviously I am logged in.

It seems this is the same for all of my products, I really want to make some small changes to some of the products, please can anyone help?

@EmilyClakeOnce you have posted a product for sale, you are unable to edit (unless you have the replace product feature which not all creators have) and you have to make a new one

Choose products from https://www.zazzle.com/custom scroll down the page and you use the refine by category to find which products you want to create

Are you trying to edit products under your saved designs? You could have accidentally picked a base product that wasn't part of the official zazzle products and another creators (it happens)

It lets me, as a potential customer, edit the design. And the product is attributed to you, so you used a correct template. You can edit your design after you post it, but then you have to sell it as a new product, You can edit your title, description, tags, and other information by clicking “edit details” on your product page.

That's the problem I have, on the my product page clicking "edit details" is what generates the message - I cannot change title or tags or anything!

the 'my products' are saved designs - not items you've posted for sale.

You could have accidentally chosen another creator's 'blank' to design on which could give you that message.

  If you want to edit your product's title and tags that you have posted for sale - you need to go the Stores tab from your member page and click though to your store's back end 'products'
