Uploading a media file to my store

Good Day All!

What kind of media file can I upload to my store?  It is a short video.  I am having a problem with it.

pictures or video are accepted, but unfortunately, no mention of specific formats is listed. 😞

maybe you can upload it to youtube, see if it plays back successfully, and share the link to your store's All Media tab?

I was able to add some reels that I did on TikTok and also some made on Pinterest. Once downloaded I had no problem adding them.
